Grapefruit. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. This ain't west coast, that's for sure. Very hazy in taste and look. Green onion, some pine. Tap at Snally.

100mL pour at Dageraad. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma has funky yeast, some bugs. Flavour has nice funk, bugs, gentle acidity, some oak. Not the sexiest saison out there, but still enjoyable.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Tapped, Mill Creek. Gentle haze and glow, lots of rocky head and lacing. Nice IPA with plenty of cool forest pine nose. Mostly balanced flavor, biscuit grains, piney and grassy hops. Seems to drink heavier than a modest 6.2% for me. Overall has a nice, classic PNW IPA feel to it. Really enjoyed this.

2022 review: On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of tart currants, farmhouse funk, and oak. Flavour is likewise quite complex, with lots of tart currants, followed by farmhouse funk, and a little oak. Tart, moderately acidic, quite fruity. Excellent.

Slight dull haze sort of appearance. No head. Brett C. Light body, mellow berry accents - sea buckthorn is a relatively unfamiliar fruit for me and it presents vaguely berryish.

On tap at The Magnet, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of rich dark roasted coffee, with subtle lactose sweetness and plenty of roasted malt. Flavour has a very deep, dark roasted coffee character that really drives this; there's just enough sweetness to back. The body is thin compared to an impie but appropriate for what this is going for. Full-flavoured and balanced. Very good.

Very dark. Thin head. Full body, loads of coffee. Light lactose note but also a big bitterness. They are not taking the βmilk stoutβ thing as a license to make thin, shitty stout. This is excellent.

8oz pour at The Magnet. Pours jet black with a beige head. Aroma has very rich roasted malt, coffee, charcoal. Flavour has a similar, very rich roast profile. Fuck that's a good coffee stout.

8oz pour at The Magnet. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma has gentle resin and sweetish malts. Flavour has dry, floral hops, gentle resin, soft malts. Nice carbonation. Pretty restrained, but very pleasant to drink.
