On tap at Cynosure, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a lot of seltzery notes, some minty hops and a little pine. Flavour is above average carbonated, with gentle pine, lots of seltzery notes and biscuity malt. Piney and seltzery finish. Uninteresting but drinkable.

On tap at Cynosure, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly dry, with gentle herbal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is rather herbal and flat, with bready malt, herbal notes and a hint of toasted chestnuts. Too chestnuty and herbal. Not great.

On tap at Cynosure, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma is very restrained, with gentle smoke and some very gentle smoked meat. Flavour is much the same, with smoked meat and ashy smoke. Very light body, finishing with lots of smoked meatiness. I want more oomph from this but it's competently brewed.

On tap at Cynosure, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle pepper, light saison yeast and some herbal notes. Flavour is fairly dry and lightly estery, doughy notes and bready malt. Dry, gently spicy and doughy. It's alright.

On tap at Cynosure, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose brings out Belgian yeast, light esters, a touch of bubblegum and a touch of white pepper. Flavour is medium dry, with white pepper, some esters, dried out candi sugar, and floral notes. Needs more carb, more spiciness, less estery character. Better than your average American version of a Belgian tripel but still fails to capture that authentic yeast character of a proper Belgian tripel. OK.

32 oz growler filled at Brown Jug Liquors, Wasilla. Aroma is soft citrus and floral hops with toffee. Flavor has the toffee / caramel backbone With a lingering floral bitterness with a touch of pine. It is indeed a West Coast IPA. It drinks ok.
