On tap at Callister, pours a murky dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma smells like pure root beer. Flavour is similar to a regular root beer, just without much sweetness. Not much else to this other than an alcoholized root beer. Decent for what it is, but not a serious beer.

Draft - Rye and some pith with a touch of spice. Clear gold with a small white head. Light spicy rye nots with a touch of bitterness.

On tap at Callister, pours a murky opaque purplish rusted red with a small white head. Aroma smells like a blueberry pie with lemongrass in it - fairly sweet. Flavour is along the same lines, with sweet blueberries upfront and only a touch of lemongrass. The wit is lost beneath it all. Not especially nice, as it's like a murky dessert of some sort. Meh.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of dank citra hops and tropical fruitiness. Flavour brings out notes of candied sugar, Belgian yeast, and dank citra hopping in good proportion. The candied sugar quality is the most prominent element, above the hops even. Well-balanced, strong but not abrasive. Very nice.

Cask at Callister
Black color with thick and persistent brown head. Delicate bourbon aroma. The mouthfeel is very smooth, not completely flat; it has a good blend of roasted malts and dark chocolate, and the bourbon adds a nice balanced note; almost sweet in the final, but also with mild astringency.
Nice.

Cloudy golden color, small head. The aroma takes more from the hops, it’s fruity, very nice. The mouthfeel is round and bold; moderately sweet, a bit spicy from the rye, and a bit too much yeast character; the hop is quite resiny and participates with a lot of sweet oranges.
Belgian-rye-ipa is three things in one, a bit overdone.
Not the cleanest beer, but honest and quite nice.

Black color with small tan head. Lovely aroma of dark bread crust (7.5). The mouthfeel is very dry; most of the character is from heavily roasted malts; I’d prefer if it didn’t have that touch of liquorice though.
Stout with a good character.

Hazy light amber color. The aroma is a bit earthy, mild. The first impression brings delicate biscuity malts, and delicate citrusy hops, but further sips bring some pithy, chicory bitterness. The final is hence not very appealing.

Draft - Cask - Lots of sweet coconut and vanilla. Jet dark brown with a rich light brown head. Coconut, vanilla and a dry bitter finish. Much too thin.
