Draft - Sour watermelon candy. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sour watermelon, vinegar and a long finish. Disjointed, although the watermelon come through.

Cask at Callister, Vancouver, 5% ABV
Cloudy golden color with compact sprinkler head. Huge aroma of watermelon syrup, or candy, with some ripe and souring fruit; we know the watermelon is artificial, but it smells ok. Then on the first sip my palate is hit by a squirt of acetic acid or acetone-like substance, aggressive, repulsive, mixed with sugary watermelon candy. No, I can’t drink this.
Gross.
Fuck Berko for not warning me adequately!

Cask at Callister, Vancouver
Opaque and dull dark amber color with compact sprinkler head. Aroma of true English Barley Wine, not bad, but a bit vinegary. Medium body strength, medium sweetness, and then the trainwreck begins: vegetables, celery, alcohol punch, phenol, tomatoes in the finish, some pithy bitterness.
Below average.

Cask at Callister, Vancouver
Black color, beige thin head. Warm, lowly carbonated, with ashy malts and a milky touch; but also cigarette butt in the final. Not too bad.

On cask at Callister, pours a reddish deep dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of dry cocoa, a little lactose and some roast. Flavour is earthy, with British earthy malt, some roast and bitter dry cocoa. Quite chocolatey on the finish. There is a bit of metallic bitterness on the finish. Okay, but the original was better.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 2 | Flavor - 1 | Texture - 2 | Overall - 0.5

On cask at Callister, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma doesn't contain much except a rather stale quality. Flavour is even more disgusting, with a stale, armpit quality that is absolutely vile. Completely undrinkable and offensive. One of the worst things to ever disgrace my palate.

On cask at Callister, pours a pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lime and perfumey notes. Flavour is unpleasant, with a very perfumey quality upfront, followed by artificial lime. Another dink cask from the masters. Really bad.
