On cask at Callister, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of maple upfront, along with toasted nuts. Flavour is more muted with the maple more subdued, followed by toasted nuts and a bitter finish. Not nearly as atrocious as many of these Real Cask offerings. Still not overly pleasant, but it's okay.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Cloudy golden color. I have no idea about how this is brewed, but too me it smells and tastes a bit as if they used cold brewed coffee; for the rest, there are not many beery qualities, maybe some rye, hidden fruity touch, roasty and dusty in the final, with pungent hops but nothing else remarkable from the hops.
Weird.

Draft - Light malt vinegar. Cloudy brown with no head. Light tartness, touch of balsamic and some malty notes. Not nearly as bad as I expected.

Draft - Dirty and earthy grain notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Dirty earthy. Ones with some citrus. Doesn’t work for me.

On cask at Callister, pours a hazy amber orange with a small white head. Nose brings out wine yeast, light sweetness and some lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with wine yeast and skittles upfront, and an acetic finish. Not too bad actually, but why you would do this is beyond me.

Bright pink-red color with compact head .the aroma is mildly sour and fruity. The mouthfeel is smooth, moderately acidic, lemony, with a trace of vinegar, not much fruit.
Not too bad.

Flat dull brown color, no head. It smells like the sour beer from the drip tray, armpit, vinegar. No carbonation, hence soft mouthfeel, some residual sweetness helps hiding the strong acetone note. Fruity, maybe.
Nasty.

On tap at Callister. Pours a hazy brown with head. First nose is some cherry and some chocolate notes, but after you can smell... damn aceton. Same character taste with acetone notes. Damn, I have to stay away from Real Cask beers again :-(

On tap at Callister. Pours a rose colour with no head. Aroma is fruity. Taste is tart, with some fruity notes. Very dry and tart aftertaste. Pretty clear, but quite weak flavour. Not bad though.
