On tap at brewery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma has some strawberries. Flavour has smooth oak, gentle rhubarb and strawberries. Weird combo, but comes together very well. Great strawberry rhubarb flavour.

On tap at brewery. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma has spicy roasted malts. Flavour has spicy dark malts, almost rye-like. Really fantastic IS, spicy belgian yeast grants it a rye-like character.

On tap at brewery. Pours black with light tan head. Aroma has bourbon and sweet roasty malts. Flavour has bourbon, vanilla, roasty malt; all smooth and well-integrated. Bourbon is very well-incoporated into the beer, not brutal at all, very well done.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of bourbon barrels, some vanilla, and moderate roast. Flavour is big on the bourbon barrels, with vanilla beans, and some dry roast. Plenty of bourbon, not too sweet, not too brutal. Excellent.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has some farmhouse notes along with plenty of roasted malt and cocoa. Flavour is rich, with lots of roasted malt, some Belgian yeast, and a dry cocoa. Quite dry and roasty, with some Belgian yeast that works cohesively. Excellent.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of strawberries and rhubarb, some farmhouse notes, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is quite eccentric, with a nice blend of rhubarb and vanilla beans, a touch of strawberry and some rustic farmhouse notes. Somehow, all that shit works cohesively. The vanilla adds just enough of an edge and complements the fruit well. The brett and oak take a more back seat. Very good.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has intense brett funk, rustic notes, and a touch of coriander. Flavour is complex, with lots of rustic saison yeast, intense brett, and a touch of coriander. Bright, funky, rustic, and lightly citric. Excellent.
