Bomber from Wine & Cheese. Pours hazy orange gold with a huge off-white head. Aroma is sort of fruit juicy - with citrus. Med body at least. Flavor seems a bit off. It’s fruity, and there’s a citrus/grapefruit bitter. Not quite sure why, but for me there’s something not working correctly. It finishes dry, astringent, almost woody. Maybe it’s smoke?

On tap at Flying Saucer in STL. Pours copper and clear. Aroma is malty caramel. Falls apart on the flavor as this is cloyingly sweet. Massive retained sugars bury the hops.
