Pour is a hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is a large spicy yeast ester with nice green hop as well. I don’t get much blueberry but the farmhouse saison aspects of this are quite strong. Flavor is again super spicy and yeasty and a dry barnyard must. Again I get very little blueberry but if your going to make the base beer as well made as this I’m fine without any fruit addition.

Pour is a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma is a ok hop with some sweet caramel malt. Flavor is about the same. Sweet malt with hops floating in the backround. This was just ok. Plenty of hop flavor but the malt were very sweet.

Pour is a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a bit of cracker malt and lemon. Flavor is a nice mix of hay and cracker malt with a decent floral hop in the backround. Finish was clean and a bit like toasted white bread. This is a decent kolsch.
