33 cl bottle. Best before April '23, so this is an older bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with a thin off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, toasted notes, liquorice, and red berries. Subtle Christmas spices - coriander and star aniseed. Not too hot on the spices. The taste is sweet. Medium body. Drying fruity spiced finish. A nice effort to make a Christmas beer.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Heavy malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter wonderful complex flavor. Some anis notes. Long great finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich licorice, caramel, spices, dried fruits, yeast and has a nice warming finish.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The hops and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, citrus fruits, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottled. A very dark red beer, unclear with a beige-pink head. The aroma has notes of cherries, and wood. The flavor is sour with notes of cherries, wood, brett, lemons, and whiskey, leading to a tart finish.
