Bottle from Vinstue 90, copenhagen. What is going here, maybe I am being far too generous all of a sudden or i was being too stingy before.....OR, the beers are just damn good right now. Either way, this beer was on the money. Just fantastic. (22/3/18) ----- Bottle ordered from Systembolaget online. Nice west coast aroma. Very clear gold looking with quite lively carbonation. Interesting. On the one hand, I like it for its easy drinking west coastness. But then again, it is tastes almost chemically in the ending. In fact, very chemically to the point of being infected. Shame. I can see how this could potentially be brilliant were it not for that infection. Hey ho, its going down in any case. 4.4 to 3.7.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Dark red to black with off white head. Sour fruity with notes of cherry and very fruit, berry skin, medium body, some vinegar, tart sour fruity close.

Keg at Skaal, CPH, 11/11/17. 2016 version. Rich chestnut amber with a light beige covering. Nose is fruit peel, light spice, stale Xmas cake, earthy. Taste comprises pear drop, varnish, fruit loaf, sweet and sour notes, toffee. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, drying close. Mediocre stuff ... delivers little for the ABV.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, matl, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, spices, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen (24/02/2018) - pours gold with a white head. Sweet pale bready malty and grassy hoppy, with some notes of lemon, straw, some cereal, some doughy yeast, medium body, hoppy finish.

Fat skaal. Klassiskt färgad Dipa. Doften oj oj gott av fräsch apelsin och lite annanas. Smakar först apelsin sen kommer lite tyngre toner av moget äpple lite banan. Rikigt jävla god.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is dry estery, slight bubblegum. Grainy, estery and slight fruity. Medium dry. Estery and slight herbal. Dry and estery far finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, lacing off-white head. Nose actually has some citrusy hops, but they are very vague. Rich malty and very sweet body, there's a certain dankness to it. Pleasant if very old school. Subtle late bitterness. 060218
