Draft. An unclear amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits hops, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, malt, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours clear almost black dark cola brown with small white head. Aroma is malt, syrup, caramel, rock candy, prunes, raisins, nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt caramel, syrup, orange peel, cinnamon cookies, raisins, prunes, mulled red wine, nutmeg and hints of cloves. Nice beer and no flaws but a bit too mild both in aroma and taste.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are straw, wood, citrus, grapes, hops and malt. Nice fruity finish.

Bottle at Torben Mathews tasting. Pours cloudy bright yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, grain, yeast, vinegar, cloves and nutmeg. Taste is light to medium sweet, faint bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is watery with medium carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and sour with notes of grain, lemon, star fruit, green apples, green grapes, yeast, vinegar and cloves.
