Tap at Boxing Cat, Shanghai, China. Pours rather pale yellow, non-transparent, with no foam. Aroma is fruity, a little tropical. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately sweet, with a subtle sapidity. Final is dry.

Draught@CBC2016. Orangiesh golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel, some floral, mild nectary and some citrus tones to it. Flavour is citrus, some floral, mild herbal and some nutty and toasted tones with a bit of caramel too.

Draught@CBC2016. Hazy yellowish orange colour, with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some spices, mild tartness with some mild biscuity tones to it. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, mild acidity with some mild earthy tones.

Small white rim over hazy orangey golden beer. Straw, malts - not only pale - and a bit as old grains, maltsyrup as well. Perfumey, but with a bitter edge, clashing. Again maltsyrup - with a bitter vegetable and a herb as lavender. Bit slick, bit oily too; light bodied, rather undercarbonated. One big criticism - apart from all the usual - clashing flavours, unbalanced. Txs to Stef!
