50cl bottle from a trade with Cunningham. Pours almost clear pale yellow with a lasting white head. Mild malty and hoppy aroma with fruity and grassy notes. Moderate sweet with a nice and balanced bitterness. Pleasant and refreshing pilsner.

Appearance: Clear nutty brown color with a big off white head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Malty and smoked aroma.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a mild bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Mild smoked and some ham on a fine deep caramel malty background.
Overall impression: Would have been nice with some more carbonation. The brewer felt it was a bit sour. I actually liked it. And I am not even a smoked fan. Probably a little bit cold as well. Nice and enjoyable.

0.5l bottle. Really liking the fact that these beers are popping up at Vinmonopolet. It pours a really good looking almost glowing orange/light copper cloudy body with a massive and lasting /lacing white head. There nose has tones of Belgian yeast, white sugar, apples and something light floral. Smells absolutely nice. Taste really good also! It's a bit on the sweet side, lots of white candied sugar sweetness and some wheat with traces of white wine barrel. It has a gentle oily mouthfeel and a average carbonation level. The level of quality this brewer have showed in every beer I've tasted has been really impressive. Already now looking forward to the next. 06.07.2013

Fizzy. Temmelig mørk. Tørrende og snerpende i sultfølelse, litt oily, med tydelig særpreg. Velvel.

19.07.2013, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Big creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly fruity, flowers, hay, yeast, leafs, grapefruit, dried fruits. Taste is very harsh, loads of citrus peel, harsh grass, wet hay, wet leafs, citrus, cardboard, weeds. Harsh longlasting bitterness. Not my beer.

Bottle at home. Has a hazy orange amber colour with a huge whipped eggwhite-like off-white head. Pretty carbonated. Fresh aroma with citrus, Belgian yeast, hay and spices that reminds me of nutmeg and coriander. Still lots of citrus in the flavour with spices and sweet pale malt on the way, and ends with grassy hops. Has a slick mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A fresh and very Belgian ale, with a nice spicy and hoppy touch. Nice one!
