CBC Session 1. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest carbonation. Light sweet malt. Touch of apple amongst the mellow dried fruits. Finishes dry. Not much brett.

CBC Session 1. Cloudy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light crisp and dry. Mild lemony sourness,.little floralness. An additional light fruity tang I assume is from the rainforest fruit. Finishes light and dry. Mellow sourness and interesting.as always from this brewery.

Bottle 31 cl. Pours an almost clear, dark amber with a lacing, off-white head. Odd, tobacco-like aroma. Rich, malty body, interesting spiciness, somewhat buttery and sticky with a moldy touch. Rather messy and flawed, but also somewhat interesting - like a road kill. 260514

Tap @ CBC, 14. Very dark brown with tiny head. Aroma is malt, light roasted malt, oak, wood, caramel and chocolate. Flavour is malt, light roasted malts, alcohol, caramel, oak, spirit and warming.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light grassy and citrusy. Smooth fruity, peachy and grapefruity. Bitter and citrusy to grapefruity finish.
