Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Last beer of Session I. Pours clear amber with a fine, beige cream head. Buttery toffee abounds, some bread, sugary malts. Medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Nice finish, more sweet bread, big toffee, vanilla. Good. (May 2012, score: 3.7)
Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Red Session. Pours clear amber-gold with a creamy, light tan head. The nose holds ripe apple with undertones of bread. Moderately sweet, with rich apple sauce, some spices, bread, faint berries. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tasty finish, with more ripe apple character coming through. Very nice. Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Interesting stuff. Burnt wood, faint tangy dark berries. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly oily, too. Finishes with dark fruits, some cocoa, moderate roasted malts. Pretty nice stuff overall.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours gold with a frothy white head. Very decent APA. Toasted pale malts in the nose, bread, faint pine, dry dough, toasted hay. Light body with average carbonation. Quite drinkable. Props to the brewery for pouring until the very end of the session (some brewers packed it in a little early)!

CBC.Clear gold beer. good pale cream coloured head. Light dry palate and light dry pale malt. Nice fruity hops - like a generic fruit marmalade. Tiny bit of hop bitterness in the dry finish.

CBC. Another very interesting beer from these fine friendly Brazilian brewers. Aged on Amburana Cearensis wood and brewed with candi sugar. Clear deep amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Light palate, semi dry. A little vanilla. Pleasant light fruits. A little creamy malt. Fruity wood! Finishes semi dry. Different, interesting and well joined up!

CBC. Atemoia being a Brazilian fruit, the guys from Way said. Opaque dark brown beer. Little pale tan head. Light semi dry palate. Light dark malt. Good generic fruit, slightly candy like. Light brett trace. Light finish. Nice stout, different and a bit exotic!

CBC. Light haze on this darkish amber beer. Little white head. Palate is semi dry with moderate carbonation. Light dry wood, a little caramel. Light apple brandy and a pinch of spice. Dry finish, a little alcohol warmth. Interesting beer! After drinking so much Cachaca in Brazil it’s nice to dry a BA using it. C
