Description
We are committed with excellent beer!
If we must, without profit... but always excellent beer!
Pedro Souza devoted himself body and soul to the development of his own craft brewery, which he founded in September 2013 in Alvarelhos, Trofa.
At the beginning of 2015, the result of "a lot of resilience and persistence" comes out on the market: the first ready-to-serve beers produced by Post Scriptum Brewery. Today, the Trofa brewer is proud to see the business he built by himself "grow every month".

200ml, as Maibock, at CAL Craft Beers in Porto. Hazy light amber body, naked on the surface, poor pacing. Yeasty esters and acidity on the nose. Same kind of strange taste, acidity of berries and fruits. Similar ending. Gone, and I did not empty the glass. (Porto, 10.09.2023).

330ml expensive bottle at CAL Craft Beers. Dark ruby coloured body, patchy surface, fair lacing. Mid-sweet aromas of malts and berry skins. Stewed fruity flavours alongside moments sweet malts, and of dark berries. Oaky. Vinous impression. Sweet jam-like ending. Heavy to drink. Has got some slow sipper qualities. (Porto, 10.09.2023).

Bottle thanks to Stuu666 or allmyvinyl. Can't remember. Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque. Fawn head. Nose - dark chocolate and wood spice. Taste - dark chocolate, wood and wood spice. Palate - medium bodied with a roasty finish. Overall - good, though thinner than expected given ABV.
