Description
We are committed with excellent beer!
If we must, without profit... but always excellent beer!
Pedro Souza devoted himself body and soul to the development of his own craft brewery, which he founded in September 2013 in Alvarelhos, Trofa.
At the beginning of 2015, the result of "a lot of resilience and persistence" comes out on the market: the first ready-to-serve beers produced by Post Scriptum Brewery. Today, the Trofa brewer is proud to see the business he built by himself "grow every month".

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 6A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L190410 (BBF 06/20). AROMA: medium malty aroma slightly toasty, light bread crust, starting to show stale notes. slight sulphury note. APPEARANCE: amber color and slightly hazy with fine material in suspension. medium-low beige head with medium-low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium malty, toasty notes with a slight toffee character. medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry finish. starting to show faint stale malt notes. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: altough its already past its best before date, still a very drinkable marzen.
