Rating Nov 25th, 33cl bouteille BB 13/05/2015. Dorée-ambrée, col blanc épais. Arôme est léger fruité, sur un petit bouquet mielleux ajoutant une fine douceur. Caramel léger sur une petite douceur presque vanillée. Palais est houblonné et amer, malt cara-pâle, léger herbacé et agrumes sur une touche épice. Profil reste très belge avec en retrait une note rappelant l’écorce d’orange. 15cl sample @ ZBF’12. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme malté avec un bouquet quasi biscuité, herbacé et brassin, malt léger avec un houblon en retrait. En bouche, malté pâle, houblon léger , sec en bouche, grains, malt dans une lignée carapils le tout gardant ce profile agréable de brassin sur un profile plus grains. 7-3-7-3-14

Clear golden beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable and adhesive. Aroma: pretty yeasty, some urine, some unripe fruits, very weird. Probably the yeast string. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, some strawberries, pineapple, passion fruit, very medicinal bitterness, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: weird yeasty character, bit of dairy. Not my cup of tea.
