Can from a random kiosk in CPH. Copperish deeper golden pour with a white head. Nose is caramel and biscuit malts and some resin. Taste is sweetish malts upfront, then a moderate bitterness with vague citrus and pine notes. Light to medium bodied with average carbo. Classic supermarket IPA.

[as Ceres Mosaic IPA] Lattina. Il naso riconosce indizi di fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e mandarino.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, erbaceo e agrumi.
