Bottle. A small, off-white head tops an unclear, golden body. The aroma is lightly funky, but not necessarily in a good way. Fruity, alcoholic and oxidiation. It’s quite sour on the palate, heavily oxidized and with a fine bitterness. Citrusy fruityness, pale malts and some dried apricots in the flavor. Warming, full-bodied and with a suitable carbonation level. A strange one, might have been interesting while fresh. 141011

Riktigt gott.

Bottle split at LKS’s, 02/09/14, from Bottledog. Black with a well appointed dirty tan covering that quickly dissipates to spotting and edgework. Nose is earthy and roasty, amaretto, coffee, chocolate biscuits, light spice. Taste comprises coffee grinds, earthy roast, chocolate fudge, spice, tangy dark fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent stout - Spec Grain my arse!
