[ As Stronzo La Cervezita Irina ].Clear dark black brown color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, roasted. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, dry, sweet malt, herbs - cake. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140522]

Oily black, creamy tan head. Aroma has roast, coffee and chocolate. Flavour has milk chocolate and a rough kind of raw, bitter licorice.

Bottle. Pours cloudy nearly black with airy grey / tan head. Dark aroma of roast, smoke, malt and liquorice, with some touches of hops. Bitter, roasty flavour, with sweetish notes of malt and touches of coffee, dark chocolate and liquorice. Roasty and rough aftertaste with smoky notes. A nice one. A very nice one.

Bottle, 9%. Hoppy, smokey, jammy and sweet aroma. Black colour. Big stable dark brown head. The flavour is quite smokey, sort of burnt plastic, but good. Sweet and jammy also. Mild hop and alcohol bite in the finish. Perhaps on the sweet side, but the smoke is very nice.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Candis notes. Heavy bitter wonderfull flavor. Long great finish. Creamy palate. very nice.

Aroma is moderate malty, flowers, herbs, passion fruit, baking yeast, vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, malty. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20140522]

[ As Stronzo/Ølsnedkeren/Brøggeren Jonge Galaxie ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, moderate yeasty, leather - farmyard. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, farmyard, leather, citrus - fruity, citrus - fruity tart. N00b, Rasmus! Draught at KØ14. Citric parsley aroma, or is it dill? Muddy red colour. The flavour is actually nicely citric, but it seems a little odd with parsley. Good sourness.
