From bottle at GBG Ö&W 2014. Black with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of bourbon, roasted malt, wood, licorice and some fruit. Full body and with a long finish. Also notes of alcohol. A tasty one.

On tap at GBG Ö&W 2014. Almost clear amber/orange with a medium white head. This was a relaxed one with hops, fruit and some caramel. The finish was dry and medium bitter. Nicely drinkable.

Opaque dark brown beer, good pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry with minerally carbonation. Smooth and mild dark malts, touch of cream. Little cereal and coffee. Whisper of tangy fruits. Dry crisp finish. Not bad!

Keg at BD Sheps Bush, 09/04/14. Clear golden with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose is tarte citric peel, grass, light spice, lemon rind, citric pith. Taste comprises yeast ester, spice, light herbal qualities, lemon rind, straw, bitter citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Stronzo Saison Noir ].Clear medium to dark brown red color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, wood notes, moderate to light heavy tart berry - grape a bit light flemish red. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, vinous. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20140212]
