On tap at Council, pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma brings out tart pumpkin notes, medium acidity and perfumey notes. Flavour brings out perfumey notes, light acidity and tart pumpkin. Jagged, perfumey and tart. Meh.

On tap at Council, pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma brings out wild yeast upfront, with lots of funk, not much else to say. Flavour is similar, with lots of funky yeast, light acidity and light tartness. Not impeccably complex but it works okay. Decent.

On tap at Council, pours a clear golden straw with no head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy yeast, smoke, and light oak. Flavour brings out plenty of smoke upfront, with lovely oak and spicy yeast. Nice depth to this. Really good.

On tap at Council, pours a hazy orange amber with a tiny white head. Aroma is intense, with lots of phenols, light wild yeast and caramel malt. Flavour is a little phenolic, with saison yeast and red fruits. Not overly clean or complex. It's okay.

On tap at Council, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett upfront, with saison yeast and toasted graininess. Flavour is dry and lightly funky, with toasted dry grains, funky yeast and a biscuity malt base. Grainy and funky. Nice stuff.

On tap at Council, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out oats, bitter dry cocoa and toasted nuts. Flavour is pretty light for the style, with toasted biscuity malt, cocoa and metallic bitterness. Rather disappointing for the style. Okay.

On tap at Council, pours a clear dark amber orange with a tiny head. Aroma brings out dark toasted nuts and bready caramel malt. Flavour is similar with toasted chestnuts, dry caramel and toasted biscuity malt. Toasty and nutty on the finish. A bit harsh but it's decent.
