On tap at Council, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast, candied sugar and bubblegum. Flavour is similar, with bubblegum and cereal grains. Nicely constructed and though not authentic, it's very pleasant.

On tap at Council, pours a clear straw yellow with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lots of saison yeast, cereal malt, and straw. Flavour is along the same lines, with notes of straw, Belgian yeast and cereal malt. Finishes lightly sweet, with yeast and cereal grainy notes. Solid.

On tap at Council, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops and toasted caramel. Flavour brings out herbal, resinous hops and toasted caramel malt. Fairly astringent, with a really messy balance. Not totally convinced by this.

On tap at Council, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral and dank hops upfront, followed by dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with floral, herbal hops and dry biscuity malt to back. Nicely constructed, with a floral finish. Nice stuff.
