75cl bottle pours with a pale purple body that supports a thin white head that has a pale pink hue. The aroma offers up modestly tart berry notes, a dash of yeast and more mildly tart smelling fruitiness. The taste delivers an initial bolt of tartness that flows into tart berry notes and a bit of wheat. Nice. This is dry and refreshing and balanced between the berry notes, tartness and wheat sensation. Pretty solid.

Bottle thanks to Nathan. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong peach flesh, nectarine, oak, wheat. Medium mouth, very tart peach, dough, light french oak, very good.

Bottle - Tart cherry notes and oak. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Some acidic light fruity balsamic notes, oak and cherry notes. Nice.

Tap at Aptos St BBQ. The beer is a pale tannish yellow color. Clouded though. Little head, just some white bubbles, but it was a bar pour nearly to the top of the glass. The aroma is medium mango with some lacto yogurty flavor. It’s a little closer to a saison than the last beatitude I tried. A touch of earth maybe. A little fresh grain flavor. Some stone fruit and berry. Taste is moderate to medium tart. Very simple lacto sourness. Not a lot to it. Fruit is mild. Moderate pucker. Light to medium body. Decent.

[9/25/15] Bottle sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Cloudy pink. Sour, lactic, lots of blueberry, a bit of pickled vegetables. Really good.

Bottle sampled at Borefts ’15. Pours hazy pink with virtually no head. Aroma of blueberry and red berries. Flavour is light sweet and sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
