Yellow and lightly cloudy pour, not that much carbonation. Nose is herbal and fruity, quite tart. Tastes tart, passion fruits comes out, funky and refreshing. Getting some oak and vanilla, little brett, Fruity and refreshing summer treat. Not too acidic, just right level of tartness.

On tap at Salud Beer Shop, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh passionfruit, with lots of acidity. Flavour is intensely acidic, with tropical passionfruit, intense acidity and light saison yeast. Really fresh and expressive tropical fruitiness, but the acidity is a bit much. Good beer.

Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, apple, passion fruit, lacto, funky, tuch off vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lacto, straw, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of lacto, lemons, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Sample from 75 cl bottle. Hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with grasses, pale malts and fruits. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and bitter with yeasts and lactic notes. Nice.
