Bottle pours out hazy purple color topped with a fizzy head. Nose is light berries tartness some spice. Taste is more of the little berries spice and tartness.

Bottleshare at Chez Smith. Thanks to Coleen. Hazy pinkish purple beer, no real head. Palate is light and dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry malts. Light brett vibe. Smooth blueberry - blackberry. Light dry fruit finish. Fine, not my gig. Man!

Bottle shared at the Leighton tasting 08/06/2017. Many thanks to cloin for this one. A hazed pink peach coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is tart raspberry, yogurt funk, Red grape. Spicy tart. Flavour is composed of tart blueberry, raspberry, crisp tart, crisp lacto... Yogurt, tart, raspberry. Like it.

Bottle split at Hackney Levels, 08/06/17. Hazed orange with a reddish twang topped with a well appointed off white head. Nose is tarte berry fruits, spice, lemon pissoi, light floral, berry jam on the turn. Taste comprises funk, blueberry yoghurt, spice, lemon tinged straw, damp hay, yeast trace, barnyard, grains. Medium bodied, light prickly to spritzy carbonation, semi dyring close with a moderate acidic bite. Good flavour profile for the ABV if a touch sour for a saison ... If I’d had this blind I would have added it to the site as a sour/wild.

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Cloin. Pours clear reddish with a white head that fizzes out quickly. The aroma holds tangy lemon in the nose, a little berry, rubber, melon. Light sweet flavour with strong acidic bite, some leathery dryness, underripe blueberries, lemon juice. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart, acidic finish, with more biting lemon, salty sweat, lots of lemon. The sour character here is dominant, to say the least. Still, it’s enjoyable.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Council Béatitude: Blueberry Tart Saison ].Hazy - murky matt medium yellow red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, blueberry, dought. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate acidic with a average duration, tart, blueberry, dough, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150925]

75cl bottle pours with a pale purple body that supports a thin white head that has a pale pink hue. The aroma offers up modestly tart berry notes, a dash of yeast and more mildly tart smelling fruitiness. The taste delivers an initial bolt of tartness that flows into tart berry notes and a bit of wheat. Nice. This is dry and refreshing and balanced between the berry notes, tartness and wheat sensation. Pretty solid.

[9/25/15] Bottle sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Cloudy pink. Sour, lactic, lots of blueberry, a bit of pickled vegetables. Really good.
