Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28B: lactobacillus - 29A: orange, lemon, lime - Base: 27 - Gose). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L0320 (BBF 07.2021). AROMA: medium citrus aroma with lime notes, faint tequilla and salty. APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent with some material in suspension. TASTE: initial medium salty, lime, low tequilla, medium-low clean lactic sourness. medium-low bitterness with a dry and hints of grainy malt. MOUTHFEEL: medium-light to light body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting variation of a traditional Gose where maybe it should had only a bit more grainy malt presence.
