Koji sour 2020. Bottle 0.375l, trade with Camons, huge thanks, René! Cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- wild, leather, funky, wine, peach and apricot, lightly cherry, grapes, vanilla, flowery. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, sharp, sheep cheese or milk, cream, quite funky, wine, grapes, little wood, little flowery. Medium to fuller bodied. Very wild, very tasty.

Bottle 0.375l, trade with Camons, thanks a lot! Three years aged. Cloudy, red wine like colored. AROMA- strongly wild and funky, very strongly sour cherry, wood, red wine. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, slightly bitter and tart, strongly sour cherry must, funky, wood, touch of red wine. Medium bodied. Tasty.
