Notater fra årets siste Mi2 på Cardinal (des-19), der vi startet med seks fatøl. Ettersom dette var den fjerde var stemningen allerede på topp, uten et eneste edru blodomløp i sikte. Uklar brungul med fint skum som varer. Sur så det holder, men der er også en citrusfriskhet. Lukter langt fra godt men smaker heldigvis bedre. Citronsyre, tang&tare, soyasaus. Mer interessant enn egentig velsmakende.

Can at home, bit of a gusher. Pours black, nose is caramel, chocolate, soy sauce, funk, taste is nutty, roasted, caramel, more funk.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of citrus, dust, damp basement, funk and soy sauce. Sour flavour of lemon rind and lactic acid, a hint of miso and salt.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 16.12.19. Cloudy hay colour. Small white head. Acid aroma and taste, with grass, herbs, lemons and grapefruit. Perhaps slightly salty.

Can. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, spices, pine needles, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of grapefruit, spices, hops, and malt, leading to a very bitter finish.

Caña en el Breguer Valladolid 28,, 11.. 2019. Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca. Sabores maltosos y cereales con afrutados tropicales dulces y herbales afrutados al final. Cuerpo medio con buena densidad y algo pastosa y espumosa. Buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio. Buena, para repetir.
