Description
For many generations my family have been artisans of the City of Dublin; butchers, dairy men, bacon curers, fishermen, market gardeners, brewers. Our connection with the city is as close today as it always was. My passion is to share new beer with my local area, to give something of me and my city to you.

We were local, organic, recycling, making-do people out of necessity, long before it was popular. Our beers are a reflection of our values, wholesome, of exemplary quality and really very good.

Let's drink beer our grandfathers would be proud of.

Bottled 500ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Almost clear golden coloured, no head at all, quite fizzy, some ginger in the nose. Sparkling mineral water with ginger and discreet bready with short sweetish finish. No need for this one to be on RB.

Draught, half pint. @Big Grill Festival 2019, Dublin (Ireland). 17/09/2019. Clear Golden color with a médium White head. Aroma is soft hoppy and malty. Taste is clean malty leading to a nice dry and bitter hoppy finish. Refreshing. Next one please!

Draught, half pint. @Big Grill Festival 2019, Dublin (Ireland). 17/08/2019. Hazy yellow to orange colour with a medium to big off-white head. Aroma is grassy and sof fruity. Taste is soft fruity leading to a medium bitter finish. Fresh and clean. Next one please!
