Draught @ The Rover. Pours hazy black with a creamy brownish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is malty and tiny fruity with roasted malts, bitter chocolate, dark roast coffee, burnt cookies, prunes, raisins, charred wood and hints of pumpernickel bread. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter and malty with roasted malts, high quality dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, burnt wood, slightly sweet dark bread, cocoa powder, tobacco, burnt cookies, prunes, burnt raisins and hints of soil. Mouthfeel is round, creamy, slightly dry, tiny roasted astringent and medium to full bodied. Finish is bitter with roasted malts, dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, cocoa powder, burnt wood, burnt cookies and dark bread. Simple yet complex. Draught at Flying Elk, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, small head intense aroma of tropical fruits - mango, pineapple and black currant. Bone dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Salty mango, pear and citrus hops, clean malt. Distinct bitter finish. A refreshing, very aromatic beer for sunny days.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm) Golden amber colour with brief, white head. Malty, fruity nose with grainy malt, lemon, passion fruit and pineapple. Malty, fruity taste with notes of crystal malt, lemon, passion fruit and a dry and slightly metallic bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Nice one.

Draught (Göteborg Ölmässa 2013) - Dark brown in colour. Liquorice, roasted malt and coffee in the aroma. Chocolatey and roasted taste with notes of cocoa, liquorice, coffee and roasted malt detected. Easy to drink.
