If I am not wrong, I have bought this beverage at the laboritarium Madrid. Opening this bottle for the 24th of December after a family party at Ferlens. A good and solid ipa, smooth and yeasty, note of lychee, tropical fruit, robust bitterness, citrus, 26.12.2022.

Negra opaca, espuma beige cremosa y duradera. Aroma y sabor a malta torrefacta, café negro, chocolate amargo, toque licoroso, muy densa y sedosa, dulzor tenue de fondo, final amargo, seco y ligeramente ahumado. Que delicia de stout, muy buena.

Buying it at más que cervezas, in Madrid, best before 04/24, welcome bottle yesterday during a winter day in mai. Good and syrupy barley wine, really smooth, fruity and sweet, note of apricot, malty, yeasty, boozy fair and classical bitteeness, boozy.

Viendo la película "Sisu" con mi madre, ella bebiendo una kellerbier de Hacker Pschorr, yo la Yukon, compartiendo unos frutos secos...
Color anaranjado con una bruma espesa de levadura, espuma firme y copiosa color hueso tirando a beige claro , muy bien retenida. Desprende un aroma herbal y terroso con notas de hoja seca y un curioso recuerdo a crema de naranja. En boca es como el aroma pero multiplicado por tres, muy herbal y muy terrosa, con notas de hojas secas, albedo y quinina, dulzor casi nulo, amargor intenso, mmmh, viene bien una de estas de vez en cuando.
