0.375l bottle courtesy of Hrabren, shared with Ogi as well as him., huge thanks H! Clear rosé-reddish body, some off-white head. Red wine, light glue/wild touches in the aroma, some barrel, tart, lightly lactic as well. Nicely spicy, peppery red wine notes in a sweetish, lightly tart taste, more full than expected, sweetish in the middle as Iznogud writes, minerally as well, actually remarkably fun, tasty.

0.375 l bottle from Bar Cameral, Koper. Shared with Ogi and Marko. Clear pinkish red, small off-white head. Vinous aroma, intense, sour cherry, moderately sharp acidity. Hints of honey-like malts. A tannic touch, spice. A mild funky touch. Quite potent yoghurty, funky and fruity flavour. Sour cherry, red grapes. Medium body. Light sour finish.

On tap @ Altroke Sladka Istra. Aroma of passion fruit, citrus and white wine. Pours cloudy dark golden color with large soapy white head and soft visible carbonation. Tastes of tart passion fruit, white wine, citrus and biscuit with smooth mouthfeel. Light body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Ten ton passion fruit hammer…

On tap @ Altroke Sladka Istra. Aroma of plums, wine and tannins. Pours pinky red color with thin creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Tastes of tart plums, wine, citrus and tannins with smooth mouthfeel. Light body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Liquid plum cake…

On tap at LKBW 2023. Pours ruby with pinkish head. Cherries, some wine notes, tad spicy. Sweetish in the middle with some tartness. Weird combo which doesn’t work together completely. Nevertheless interesting.

Bottled 375ml. -at Cameral Koper, shared with hrabren. Unclear golden coloured, minimal white head, yeasty nose with mild fruity notes. Yeasty, fruity, light vanilla, slightly herbal and notes of wood with slightly boozy finish.

Bottled 375ml. -at Cameral Koper. Orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head that went away fast, yeasty nose with whiff of apricot. Yeasty, bready, juniper and light apricot with touch of apricot. Rather strong carbonation.
