Bottled 375ml. -at Cameral Koper. Orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head that went away fast, yeasty nose with whiff of apricot. Yeasty, bready, juniper and light apricot with touch of apricot. Rather strong carbonation.

A tart fruit touch, almost white wine-like. Medium body, quite drinkable, cheesy, fruity, honey, some sweetness, some spice. Funky sweetness, hints of vanilla, malts, dough and fruit in the finish.

A touch of cocoa. Quite soft and mellow, gentle, creamy. Tart grape skins. Soft carbonation. Vinous. Touches of oak and tobacco in the flavour along with red fruit base. Tart, drying. Puckering. Complex. Finishes light and dry, with hints of strawberry.

Cheese. Slightly rough oxidation. A touch of vanilla. Light body, moderate sourness, oak, vanilla, butter, toffee and apricot flavour. Prickly sourness and carbonation. Mellow, dry finish.

On tap at San Francisko Ljubljana. Neon green coloured, small off-white head, light fruity herbal nose. Acidic and light herbal taste with notes of citrus and dry finish. Discreet barrel touch.
