23 January 2020. At Dok Brewing Company. Cheers to the Teamleader colleagues! Version 2020. Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of passionfruit, lemon, kiwi, lime, unripe yellow apple. Taste has sour pasionfruit, lemon & kiwi with sweetish mandarin over a wheaty basis, ending tart, with low floral hops & hints of yellow fruit. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Nice fruity sourness & decently hopped.

4 January 2020. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours hazy orange with a quickly thinning, white head. Aroma of gooseberry, kiwi, white pepper, breadcrust, apple peel. Taste has sweetish apple & peach over bitter pepper, grass, pine & bready maltiness. Dry, piney hoppy finish, citrus & unripe fruit. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Slick & drinkable but a bit one-sided.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown - like cola - with a big and frothy beige head that leaves a lacework as it dissipates. Nose is subtle, kinda roasty - and perhaps exactly a hint of cola. Medium body, subtle tartness, subtle sweet licorice and then a huge nothing really. Simply lacking flavor. The color promises so much more. 280120
