27 November 2019. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Cheers to the Teamleader colleagues! Pours hazy yellow with a quickly thinning, frothy, white head. Aroma of unripe apricot, mandarin, lime, yellow apple, wheat, citrus air freshener. Taste has sour apple, lime, lemon acid, some sweetish mandarin & wheat. Dryish, tart, fruity finish, lingering lemon acid & apple. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Not getting much mango, bit too much acid too.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sour grapes, fruits, flowers, yeast, hops and has a nice sour finish.
