Fat på Brewskival 2016. En funkig och syrlig farmhouse saison som känns klassisk och modern och snyggt uppdaterad samma gång med friska bär och citrus. En av festivalens bästa öl och riktigt god.

Bottle from Summer Santa. Many thanks to Nische! Hazy yellow colour. Lots of sourness, which however does not fit in well with the rest of the beer IMO. Hoppiness lacks a kick, freshness and juiciness. Overall it feels earthy, muddy, with hops bitterness clashing with the sourness and their flavours are too weak and muddled. Not exactly e njoyable to me.

Bottle kindly shared by Gurthnar. Hazy dark orange color with huge white head. Aroma of rhubarbar, oranges, zest. Taste, oranges , zest, tangerines, hops. Medium long fruity sour finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours cloudy peachy orange with fizzy, disappearing white head. Slight gusher. Tart mango, peach and lingonberry aroma. Slighty mineral and floral notes. Slightly odd bitter lingonberry taste together with tart mango and passionfruit. Bitter finish. Promising aroma but taste is a tad to bitter.

Drucken på Bishop, Gustav i Malmö. Smak och doft av citrus, citron, ljust bröd, gräs med toner av mineraler och persika. Lätt kropp och sötma, stor sälta, lätt syrlighet, kryddig, något anonym i smakerna.

BB 31.12.2016. orange quite hazy color, small white head. smells sour, citric, funk, light pukeish, nutty. mice smell. medium to full body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, sour, rather funky, light fruity notes, marzipan, bitter almonds, some rhubarb, some herbs. finishes quite sour with citric notes and some funk. quite good one, lacks a bit complexity though. overall enjoyable.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy, bretty and crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity. Bitter and fruity finish.

Reddish color with a quickly diminishing white head. Aroma has notes of red fruits with some sweetness. Flavor is slightly fruit, notes of berries, tarty, good sourness. Fruitness in the final. Enjoyable.

Flaska från SB. Klar gulrosa vätska med lågt snabbt försvinnande skum. Frisk ganska bärig doft med aningen lambicdrag. Smultron, hallon, vinbär i både doft och smak, hö, torr lätt men tydlig syra. Bra balans med mycket bär. Riktigt gott.
