Keg at brewers beer bar Gothenburg. Translucent golden / orange coloured pour with a fading halo if white head. Aroma is funky, light Brett, lemon rind, light vinegar. Flavour is composed if tangy lemon, salty, pineapple, crisp grains. Drying finish, palate is crisp and tart, moderate to high carbonation. Refreshing. Good.

Bottled, at Katarina Ölkafé, Stockholm. Cloudy pale golden, rich head. Citric nose with floral grassy hops. Really tart with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Zesty and citric with lemon, hay and tropical fruits. Long bitter finish. Refreshing and tasty.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Tempel Seraph ].Hazy - murky medium yellow - red orange (peach) color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light raspberry - peach. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, frozen raspberry, wheat, baking yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151121]
