Keg at Uppsala Ölfestival. Cloudy straw colour, rich head. Sweaty hay-like hops, lemon juice and minerals.Dry and light body, well rounded mouthfeel. Lemon juice, hay, passionfruit and grape stone bitterness.

Keg at Uppsala Ölfestival. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Lactic nose with lemon and notes of coriander. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Freshening lemon, lightly salty, notes of winegums. Low bitterness. The closest I’ve had to the original Ritterguts back in the days.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Hazy amber, small creamy head. Lactic red currant aroma. Tart with fairly slender body and soft mouthfeel. Lemony and lactic with sour red currant. Low bitterness. Refreshing and harmonious, but noy very complex.
