Bottle at Katarina Ölcafé. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, apples, some pineapple and funk. Fresh and nicely drinkable with a dry and medium tart finish.

Bottle at Katarina Ölcafé. Clear black with a small tan head. An interesting sour aroma and taste of raspberry, licorice, light oak and some malt. The mouthfeel was medium and the finish medium tart. A nice suprise, my first one from Tempel Brygghus.

Bottle at Babajan. Very fruity aroma with some gooseberries and green apple. Similar taste with some tart yeast and fresh citrus berries, kiwi and maybe pinapple. Very refreshing.

Aroma: A bit sour, fruit, solvent, raisin, vinous.

Draught (Uppsala Beer Festival 2015) - Black in colour. Raspberries, plain chocolate and some slightly musty notes in the aroma. Fruity, roasted and moderately tart taste with notes of raspberries, salt liquorice and plain chocolate combining to good effect.

Then hits a massive wall of my all time fav (not!) wheat dough... Initial taste is good, but the aftertaste I can not take at all. Initial taste is at a 7, aftertaste would hit a 3, ends aup a 5 combined. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.
