Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015. Pours nearly black with a white head. Raspberries, wood, ashes, coffee and dust. Tart and dry. Quite astringent!

Himbeerig säuerlicher, leicht röstiger Antrunk. Dabei wirkt die Säure dünn, dann schnell trocken, die Säure verschwindet noch im Mittelteil gänzlich. Die Röstigkeit ist ebenfalls gänzlich verschwunden. Entsprechend langweiliger Nachhall. 9/9/9/5/7/8

Bottle, 8.3%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, raspberries, berries and a little sour. Flavour is malt, raspberries, little roasted malt, little sour, little smoke?, little dry, chocolate, little sour fruit and medium sweet.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly deminishing head. Dark Brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy sour aroma. Raspberry just present. Powerfull raspberry flavpor. Long sour/acetic finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, raspberries and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet, moderate bitter and slightly acidic. Dry and moderate bitter finish 290815

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are sour raspberries, roast malt, fruits, berries and has a nice raspberry finish.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Sehr dunkelbraune Farbe, geringe beige Schaumkrone. geruch nach Himbeeren, leicht säuerlich, Kaffee. Geschmack süß nach Himbeeren, leicht säuerlich, Schokolade, Vanille, ok!

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Dark brown color with a slight dark red glare coming through. Smell and taste malts, sourness, raspberry is indeed in there clearly and decently balanced. Not that much "stout" though. Dry finish, decent body and carbonation.

Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Light hazy straw yellow color, white head. Some old cheese, light acidic scent. Light acidic, tart taste. Medium mouthfeel, wheat dough aftertaste. No bitterness.

Sample from draught, Bishops Arms. Pitch black with a thin tanned head. Fruity, roasted aroma with dark malts, raspberries and a herbal, roasted bitterness. Taste is sour-roasted. Medium body with a soft carbonation. Finishes sour and roasted with raspberries. Nice Sour.
