Flaska från SB. Skummar rejält ur flaskan vilket kanske inte är direkt dåligt men iaf lite besvärligt. Rejält grumlig smutsfärgad bärnstensfärg med högt skum. Friskt och syrligt med lite funk. Gröna äpplen, lite citrus, grönt te, laktosyra, krusbär, gröna vinbär, fuktigt trä, torr lite stram träig eftersmak. Lite som en omogen men snäll lambic. Trevlig.

Bottle @ Katarina Ölcafé. Gusher! Pours ugly very murky brown with no head worth mentioning. Pretty much looks like wort. Smell is slightly malty and yeasty with sourdough bread, lemon juice, yoghurt, hay, minerals, lemon zest and hints of green tea. Taste is sour, slightly malty and yeasty. Finish is very tiny sweet and slightly sour with sourdough bread, lemon juice, yoghurt, green tea, moist soil and lemon zest. The gushing basically turned this to a yeasty mess and even though we tried with two separate bottles we couldn’t solve that problem. It’s still not terrible but I suspect a non gushing bottle would have been a much better experience. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ordained on 20 Sep 2015 at 13:12 - Score: 4.
