Pours very dark with no head. Aroma is dark, perhaps with some slight tropical fruit. Burnt malt with some spice from the pepper. Booziness on the finish. Interesting and very nice.

Dark brown. No head. Pours quite inky. On the nose, it's got a fair bit of those nice guajillo notes, chocolate and vanilla. This has a nice chile notes, with vanilla, light chocolate. Cinnamon rolls through quite well. The body isn't as big as you'd get from the top purveyors but it's big enough. The elements come together fairly well here.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Very dark brown with almost no head. Cinnamon and mild peppers with feint cacao and vanilla. Don't particularly pick up the guava. Okay.

500mL bottle, pours black, no hint. Aroma is full of chili peppers, cinnamon, a touch of vanilla, very little roast. Flavour is unusual, with guava, chili peppers, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla. Fairly fruity, spicy but not too chaotic. This is pretty solid.

bottle shared during dart night. Awesome imperial stout friend brought from Florida - complex, thick, beautiful flavor and aroma.

Draft sampler at the 2023 Rocky Water Brew Fest. Clear gold color with an off-white head and great retention. Unfortunately, this Oktoberfest beer gets lost among all the other beers. And the flavor is very muddy. Not a fan.

Dark amber, bright, no head. Rich malt, caramel and figs, lots of hop bitterness, orange peel, and then some alcohol kicking into the finish.

Slight haze, thin head, pale. Some alcohol, hints of grapefruit, clean pale malt. Medium bitterness. Well balanced, that's a theme here.

Pale and slight haze. Light citrus, clean pale malt, moderate bitterness. Good balance on this.

Dark brown. Not much head. Some dark sugars on the nose but it's drier on the palate. Light toast and chocolate, moderate bitterness.
