Tap at brewery. Pour more brown than most porters like a milky brown ale. Nose is milk chocolate and cola. Tastes the same, some roasted malt and coffee milk (RI folk know what i speak of). Smooth creamy palate. Mild bitters.

Can. Pours opaque black with a medium brown head and decent lacing. Aroma is roast, notes of mocha, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. More cinamon and vanilla than on the nose. Full body. Good enough.

Can. Pours hazy yellow, medium white head, dissipates quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is pungent, fruity, tropical, dank, mango, melon. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, juicy and tasty. Perhaps a hint of lime.

Can. Pours clear golden orange, medium off-white head, decent lacing. Aromas of pine and grapefruit. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. This is pretty much right down the middle of the fairway of what a west coast IPA was 10 years ago

Wow, old school indeed. Crystal malt galore. Clear amber, medium creamy beige head, nice lacing. Pine resin, black tea, orange peels. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter. Lingering tea notes. Medium body, soft mouthfeel.
