Pint can pours up with a crystal clear pure gold colored body that supports a white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up vague spicy and a touch of citrus hops as well as hints of biscuit malts. The taste is refreshing, deep, rewarding and yummy., It pulls together deep levels of citrus hops and spicy hops banging with bitterness and round flavour. Rubbing up against the hops just off in the background are pleasing notes of malts and biscuit malt goodness that really pulls this together. God damn. Really digging this. Wow.

Team tasting at CBJ, thanks to Fergus for the can. Near clear amber beer, small bubby tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Papery caramel, a little toffee, tastes like an aged beer. Smooth though.

The aroma offers up fruity esters with a bit of bread and thin layers assorted spicy hoppiness. The taste delivers spicy hops, spicy yeast and sweet apple and pear like fruity esters. Overall it stays fairly dry and I'm enjoying that.

The aroma offers up mango, cantaloupe, floral hops, kind of spicy herbal hops, some lime and then a bit of hop burn to the nose. The taste delivers a blast of various hoppy notes like mango, cantaloupe, lime and then moving to increasingly bitter floral and woody spicy hops. A hop burn hits toward the finish giving a slight sense of hop astringency.

The aroma offers up inviting spicy hops and a bit of sweet bread well off in the background. The taste delivers a wonderful blend of sweet bready maltiness and moderate to firm spicy hop goodness. Wow. Love the way this is working and I'm hearing this is a tad older with less of a hop presence than normal. Fresh this can only be better. More wow. This is drinking great.
