16 ounce can from brewery. Number one with a bullet. Hazy yellow gold pour. Frothy white head. Bready malt aroma hints at lemon and pizza dough (sort of). Flavor is sweet malt and herbal hops. Some fruitiness in middle. Brief citrus finish.

My 250th Icarus rating!🎉 Opaque dark brown pour. Creamy tan ring. Big oaky, whiskey aroma. Flavor is sweet roasted malt, oak, whiskey, baked apples, brandy. Boozy, warming notes. A noble brew worthy of rating number 250.

Draft at Maloney's, 8/6/25. Pours a fully hazy yellowish-orange color with an off white had and spotty lacework. Mango, papaya, and grapefruit. Somewhat sweet. Sticky, full bodied, ABV on the finish for sure. Leans a touch overripe and a touch boozy, but solid overall.

12 oz can from NJ Wine Sellers, 7/10/25. Unclear golden color with a white head and moderate lace. Grains, lemon, spice. Herbal and a little earthy. Flavor follows, with some honey / sweetness coming through. Mildly astringent on the finish. Solid beer. Not quite as crisp as I like in this style, but still solid.

Opaque colour and small beige head. Dark malts, chocolate, Baltic Porter nose. Toasted, chocolaty, a bit grassy, malty. Real Baltic Porter vibe.
