Bottle from Jay at clocking new year. Pours pink. Nose is of condensed raspberry syrup. Tastes of raspberries preserve, honey, vanilla, and floral. Raspberry really dominates and it’s kinda syrupy in texture. I feel you could make some nice brunch or dessert cocktails with this.
