Light yellow color with thin white foam. Slightly sweet flavor with mild hops, very mild taste. Slight metallic taste even from a bottle or draft. One of the better mass market light lagers.

16 oz can, enjoyed from the can. Had to go pick this up before these new cans disappear. Labeled as Stone Ice, from my photogenic view. You know, I expected this to be really bad, but this is probably one of the better pale lagers I've had out of the group it shares a glass cooler door with at the supermarket. Has the slightly sweet, apple like grains, a watered down feel, but there isn't really an offensive side for me. An imperial pale lager that totally drinks like a regular lager, and smoother than expected. Hanging out at home, and the sun is shining, I could drink a can or two of this and brag about it. Grab a 'Stone!

Draft to pitcher shared by co-workers at Bowl America, Falls Church. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of corn, wheat. Tastes of malt, corn, wheat. Light body with a dry finish. Inoffensive, fine enough with a few rounds of bowling but nothing I'd buy or go out of my way to drink again.

Even luke-warm water is more refreshing. Gets a mark because it's so bland, my teenagers will drink the rest.

(Bottle - in Australia as just Coors, but states on label is same as sold worldwide as Coors Light) Pours clear straw with small white head. Subtle aroma - grass, citrus, cardboard. Light bodied and and fizzy. Watery taste with slight grain start and slight metallic bitterness in finish. Watery and uninteresting but not actually offensive.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, best before 9/4/2017. Pours crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with pale malt/corn and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild balancing herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness of pale malt/corn and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Lightly increasing dryness from bitterness. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is good. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a good pale lager style. All around good robustness of pale malt/corn and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Nicely flavorful and not watery feeling for the low ABV. Clean pils malt/grainy corn flavors with solid hop balance. A nicely enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

From Oct 2007

Pours from 24oz can s clear straw with a tiny head of foam that soon shrinks to nothing.

The smell is kind of strong but nasty. A messy grain nose and something that smells sourish.

The taste has a bit of hop bitterness but it has no appreciable base, no malt that I can detect, and actualll\y, what flavour *is* there is pretty bad. Yuck. Another drain pour for me.

Bottle, UK import, source not recorded. Backlog entry. Entering my historic scores for US beers whilst visiting New York. No tasting notes kept, just rating. But not great.
