Tropicana: amber with goood head. Caramel and malt in the nose. Malty but with the right amount of bland hops. Very solid Irish.

12oz bottle shared by AdamC, via Skrip, on 7/29/17.
Light tan head immediately fizzles out atop a deep mahogany-ebony body of high clarity.
Nose is spoiled milk mixed with raisin and prune juice then stirred in to coffee! Nice.
Yes, this has been infected by the coffee. No date given on the bottle. Though it's been quite a while since I've had an infected coffee stout, it certainly can happen, though if you're beer is properly fermented, it shouldn't. It does seem like this was way too underattenuated, still having some sugary, syrupy character remnants. Whatever, would still try Tuckahoe again.

Draft at the Shepherd and Knucklehead. Listed @ 4.6% and as a Session IPA. Mostly clear golden pour. White head and some drippy, sticky lace. Clean, hoppy aroma and flavor. A little citrus, grain, and pale malt. Quite clean and sessionable, which is clearly what they were going for. Tingly finish.

12 oz. bottle AdamChandler on this share. I have never had this Paris, and this definitely is a very bad first impression. The aroma is real nice mild coffee bean, chocolate, mild roast. The problem is the beer is infected.
No bottle date coding, no date indication anywhere. Sour mash with acidic coffee bean. The flavor is completely offensive, drain pour. Not sure what happened here.

120z Bottle from Skrip. dark brown to black. small head. smells great. loads of coffee. hmm. it’s like a sweet raisin wine like flavor. this is odd. I can tell it’s an imperial stout but IDK it’s like ultra sweet. but entirely from the coffee?
