32oz crowler pours with a clear deep gold to copper body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up juicy clementine and orange leading to some floral and cranberry like hoppiness. The taste delivers a nice load of juicy citrus hops blended into floral hops and a sense of berries. This attains an even balance of juicy flavor hops and various bitter hoppiness.

[On tap at the Pickled Monk, Fullerton, CA.] An amber pour with a ring of white head and heavy carbonation; somewhat perfumed aroma; sweet and aromatic in the mouth with a creamy body; then a bittersweet finish with some caramel. Very easy drinking.

Quite hazy deep amber and bronze coloured body with a nice single centimetre tall just off-white head on top. Aroma of funk, yeast, bread, grain, apples, pears and a touch of caster sugar. Light-bodied; Strong grassy and apple flavours dominate with a mild malt presence and some softer hop notes that are evident on the back, but just don't show much in terms of complexity and depth. Aftertaste shows the grainy malt and especially the fruits with a stale biscuity and nutty flavour that has some earthiness as well and a hint of astringency on the finish. Overall, a dry and relatively straight-forward beer that shows an 'amber ale' about right without much flavours, complexity, depth or pungency - this is a very easy drinking beer that also shows some light fruit, a dose of earth and a hint of soft caster sugar. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased on the other side of the world at the Turnpike Shell Station (near the airport) in Hagatna, Guam, U.S.A on 22-July-2017 for US$3,50 brought back home to literally the opposite end of America in Washington on 25-April-2019 while planning for this year's summer vacation.

Clear golden and peach coloured body with a thinnish pure white head that starts at about a centimetre and stays afloat for a while. Aroma of very fresh grassy and citrus hops with some resin and a great supporting cast of malt and light sugars that make this one smell like a great fresh [real] West Coast IPA. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and dank hop flavours of resin, grapefruit and citrus fruits with a pleasant and large malt backbone with some sugars and a dose of grass and perfume as well, but the balance is sublime. Aftertaste shows a lot of resin and grapefruit bitterness with a touch of tropical fruits and a dose of sweetness, but the balance of hops and malt with a moderate amount of alcohol is great throughout. Overall, a very good [real] West Coast IPA that has a ton of hop bitterness, mixed with a great balance of malts, sugars and complex hop varietial flavours that make this very nice, yet still quite drinkable. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can purchased from City Beer in San Francisco, California on 13-March-2019 for US$2,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Lake Buena Vista, Florida on 14-April-2019.

473ml can, Antenna America, Shinagawa Station. Pours golden, quite transparent, nice white foam on the top, leaving beautiful lacings. Crisp resiny nose, hop oils and some citrus peels, lemon and some orange marmalade. Tastes crisp and dry, good fresh hop bitterness, light sweetness (really light) and lots of citric spritz. Super light and elevated, uplifting IPA, dangerously sessionable. Goes down too quickly, superb balance.
